What we keep

This site is a public docket. It does not run accounts, comments, or ads.

We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to see which pages are read, how people arrive, and whether Google can find the filings. Google receives that usage data. Google’s own policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

The contact form sends your note and reply address to the desk so we can answer. That copy lives in the desk mailbox. It is not published, sold, or used for a list.

The light/dark control stores a preference in your browser. Search stays on this site.

The host may keep ordinary server logs for a short time. If you want a note deleted, say so through the same form.
